Editor's pick: Looking for an out-of-this-world local treat? Try the “Picnic in Space” from Laika Cheesecakes & Espresso. The Ukrainian-owned business offers some incredible flavors, but this vanilla, lemon, and blueberry combo — with toasted marshmallow on top, of course — is definitely the go-to (in my humble opinion).
