• A four-story, $2 million medical building in the Westover Hill area is slated to begin construction next month. The 112,000-sqft project at 5126 W. 1604 N. is expected to be completed in November of next year. 🏥
• A recent commercial project application may hint at a long-awaited Friedrich Lofts transformation. The Eastside apartment development may soon begin abatement and demolition procedures once HUD approval is secured. 🏢 (San Antonio Business Journal) 

Announced

• The San Pedro Creek Culture Park has reached another major milestone as a significant stretch nears completion. Engineer Christine Clayton announced that water will be flowing between Houston and Cesar Chavez streets by the end of June with a public opening set for October. 💧 (TPR)

Watch

• Don’t miss the stellar views of tonight’s Strawberry Moon lighting up the sky. This is the second supermoon of the year, appearing 17% bigger and 30% brighter than normal. Pro tip: pack a picnic and head to Brackenridge Park or O. P. Schnabel Park for a tre-moon-dous time. 🌕 (KSAT-12)

Concert
